Happy Earth Day!

Credit Control Corp would like to take just a minute to let every one know of our efforts here to try and support a greener Earth.

For several years now the majority of the reports we provide our clients have been electronic versions rather than paper copies. Over the course of a year this saves a small community park's worth of trees.

In-house, paper gets shredded, recycled and sent to paper mills where it becomes paper bags and paper again. More saved trees!

Soda cans and water bottles are recycled by the office staff.

Employees with ultra low emission vehicles (hybrids), flex fuel or alternative fuel get front door parking.

Our new office building will provide a highly energy efficient surrounding for our employees with many environmentally friendly building products in walls, floors, ceilings and windows. Energy Star Appliances as well as LCD monitors are being installed. Fluorescent lighting and LCD monitors generate less heat and consume less energy.

The new building is situated by a lake, so we are retaining the tree line for shade and erosion control.

Special Thanks to All!

We at Credit Control Corporation would like welcome our new clients to our company. Our Cable Division is growing in leaps and bounds.

To support the growth of our Cable and Medical Divisions, Credit Control will be expanding our facilities in Newport News. Ground was broken in January 2008 to start the construction on an additional building designed to support our growing number of collectors and support staff.

And speaking of growth, Credit Control had its best month ever in February of 2008. Total revenues excceded our previous best month by 17%.

We would also like to extend a warm welcome and handshake to the following new CCC employees:

  • Dede - Clerical
  • Liza - Clerical
  • Ashley - Outbound Calls Collector
  • Danni - Outbound Calls Collector
  • Dana - Outbound Calls Collector
  • Tabitha - Clerical
  • Alice - Outbound Calls Collector
  • Robin - Outbound Calls Collector

Technology Updates

Credit Control continuously works hard at providing new services and enhancing our existing ones in order to improve our collection services. In turn, this provides better results to our clients. Here are a few of the major projects that have been completed recently:

    Collection Tools
  • We have recently installed and are using the latest in Predictive Dialer systems. IAT's CT Center is tailored specifically to the collections industry, providing more cost-effective account management and increase dialer usage. The formula is simple: Collecting more in less time equals higher debt recovery rates for you, our Clients.
  • CCC is moving toward completion in implementing AutoScribe's 4-part automated payment processing system. Automated desktop processing of checks and credit card payments is being added to the existing check-by-phone and pay-on-the-web features. Payment posting and deposit preparation processes are now completed in half the time with improved accuracy. Your patients/customers can access the convenience of web based and IVR 24/7 payment services.
  • Newly designed, laser printed, color enhanced collection letters are being generated 24/7. The new fresh look is getting attention and good response.
    Client Service:
  • Our new Higher Ground Voice Recording Solution software records incoming/outgoing collection calls for training and quality assurance purposes. Recordings of conversations can be emailed to Clients should a dispute arise.
  • CCC's interactive website, www.credcontrol.com, offers a Client Access feature whereby Clients can view collections activities, transactions, notes, comments, etc. on the accounts they have assigned to CCC/AMC. The website is an "evolving service" so please share your suggestions, comments, wants and needs with us.
